Today I went up and visited DFW's first cable lake. Located in Cresson Texas. Just outside of Fort Worth this cable brings a new and unique atmosphere to our industry. This cable is located on the site of the first ever private race car track in the U.S. (www.MotorSportRanch.com) I was able to assist Josh Potter from Cable Wake Parks (www.CablewakeParks.com) and Moritz Grotepass  (www.Rixen-Seilbahnen.com) who had everything under control! Even with the torrential downpoars the progress has been steady. Today the motor tower went up and by tomorrow the motor will be lifted and the cable will be raised the following day. Because of the rain the team chose to raise each tower by hand rather than bringing in a crane. Hey staff, whats the latest projection on opening day for this cable?  Looks like a whole lot of excavating still needed to be done. Any chance you might have some contact info for someone on site.  Traveling to Dallas next week and would like to swing out to the site and check out where there and possibly talk with any one directly involved.  THANKS!
