2008 IWSF Cable Wakeboard World Championships - UPDATE

The first Cable Wakeboard World Championships held in Russia will take place between the 4th and the 7th of September. The place for the event to be held is famous Russian resort – Anapa. 150 top athletes from all over the world will be on hand in Anapa to compete for the title of Cable Wakeboard World Champion in the first wakeboard contest of such a scale held in Russia.

Jägermeister Wake Riderz 4th edition!

On the 13-14 September the 4th edition of the Jägermeister Wake Riderz will take place at Lido Almere in the Netherlands! The last three years were a big success and new this year we are going to work with a Head-to-Head heat system as well as Best Trick and Obstacles-only contests!

2008 Wake Girls' Session

For the 4th year, a 'Girls only' wakeboard and wakeskate camp is organised in France on September 13th and 14th! We will meet this year at the cable ski of Condrieu, 30 minutes South of Lyon (2nd largest French town with several low cost plane connections).

2008 Norwegian Cable Wakeboard Championships - Results

We would like to say a BIG thanks to everyone who came through to support the 2008 Norwegian Cable Wakeboard National Championships! Hope everyone had a great time and really enjoyed seeing the best of the best that Norway has to offer. We had over 35 competitors participating in the event and had over 500 spectators passing through Rixen during the 2 days that the competition was running, which made the event an awesome and successful event for everyone!
